Our services

We help local businesses make more money and spend less. Our services include local SEO, AI SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO), Google Ads management, SpendSlice Google Ads waste audits, business bill reduction, AI chatbots, an AI receptionist built on CallRail, AI web design and content, and a fractional AI team. What's included in your plan is described on our pricing page or in your proposal.

Accounts and access

To do the work, we may need access to your Google Ads account, Google Business Profile, website, analytics, phone system or bills. You agree to give us the access we need and to keep the information you give us accurate. You stay the owner of your accounts. We'll use access only to provide the services, and you can remove it at any time, though that may stop some work.

Keep your own passwords safe, and tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

Fees and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, in US dollars. Setup fees, where they apply, are billed at the start. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or the ad platform and is not part of our fees.

You can cancel with 30 days' written notice by email. Service continues through the notice period, and that period is billed as normal. We don't refund months that have already been billed, except under the bill-reduction guarantee below.

If a payment fails, we may pause work until it's fixed. We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next billing period after the notice.

Bill reduction and the savings guarantee

For bill reduction, you sign a written authorization that lets us contact your vendors on your behalf. We negotiate by email and written requests under that authorization. We don't change services, sign contracts or agree to anything for you without your approval.

Our guarantee: the savings we find will cover our fee, or we refund the difference. Savings are measured from the bills you gave us before we started compared with the bills after our changes take effect, over the period set out in your agreement. The guarantee doesn't cover savings lost because you declined an offer, reversed a change or added services.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Give us accurate information and respond to reasonable requests in a timely way
• Review and approve work when we ask, such as ads, pages, content and chatbot or receptionist scripts
• Make sure you have the rights to any material you give us, such as logos, photos and text
• Follow the rules of the platforms we use for you, and the laws that apply to your business, including laws on call recording and consent
• Not use our services for anything illegal, misleading or harmful

No guaranteed results

Search rankings, AI answers, ad performance, leads and sales depend on things we don't control, such as Google, AI platforms, competitors and your market. We'll do good work and report honestly, but we don't guarantee any ranking, placement, traffic, lead count or revenue. The only guarantee we make is the bill-reduction savings guarantee described above. Example figures and sample reports on our site are illustrations, not promises.

Third-party platforms

Our services rely on other companies, including Google, CallRail, Stripe and Cloudflare. Their terms apply to your use of their products. We aren't responsible for their outages, policy changes, account suspensions or pricing changes, though we'll help you work through them.

AI output

Many of our services use AI, including chatbots, the AI receptionist and content tools. AI can make mistakes, misunderstand questions or give incomplete answers. We set these tools up carefully and review important work, but you should check AI output before relying on it, and you're responsible for what's published or said for your business after you approve it. AI tools aren't a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

Intellectual property

You own your business content, your accounts and your data. Once you've paid for it, you own the final website pages, content and ads we make specifically for you.

We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods, software and know-how, including our chatbot and audit systems. Where they're part of what we deliver, you get a license to use them for your business while you're a client, and for any deliverable you own, permanently. The content of aiwarhorse.com belongs to us, and you may not copy it for commercial use without permission.

Confidentiality

We'll keep your non-public business information, account data and bills confidential and use them only to provide the services. You'll do the same with our non-public pricing, methods and materials. This doesn't apply to information that is already public or that the law requires us to disclose. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim about the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

The site and services are provided "as is", without warranties beyond those stated in these terms.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that come from content or material you provide, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or someone else's rights.

Termination

Either of us can end the services with 30 days' written notice. We can suspend or end the services sooner if you don't pay, break these terms or ask us to do something illegal or against a platform's rules. When the services end, you pay for work through the end date, we stop using your account access, and we hand over the deliverables you own. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability and indemnity, still apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and both of us agree to those courts. Before filing anything, we both agree to try to resolve the issue informally by contacting the other in writing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll tell current clients by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the services after that means you accept the new terms.

General

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part of these terms right away doesn't mean we give up the right to do so later. You can't transfer these terms without our written consent.
