Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, request a free audit, chat with our website assistant, call us or sign up for a plan, you may give us your name, business name, email, phone number, website, and whatever details you choose to share about your business.

Client account information. To deliver the services, clients may give us access to their Google Ads account, Google Business Profile, website, analytics, phone system or bills and vendor statements. We only use that access to do the work you hired us for.

Calls. We use CallRail for call tracking. Calls to our tracked numbers, and calls handled by an AI receptionist we set up, may be recorded and transcribed. CallRail also logs details such as the calling number, time and length of the call.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours may use cookies and similar tools, including analytics, to understand how visitors use the site. These tools can collect things like your browser type, device, pages viewed, the site that referred you and an approximate location based on your IP address.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Answer your questions and reply to form and chat messages
• Prepare audits, proposals and quotes
• Provide, manage and improve the services you sign up for
• Bill you and keep business records
• Review calls for quality and to follow up on leads
• Understand how our website is used and make it better
• Protect our site and business and meet legal obligations

Website forms and the AI chat assistant

Forms on our site (built with Contact Form 7 and Elementor) send what you submit to us by email.

Our website chat assistant runs on Cloudflare Workers AI. The messages you type, and any contact details you enter in the chat, are stored with Cloudflare and emailed to us so we can follow up. Please don't enter sensitive information such as passwords, card numbers or health details in the chat. Answers from the assistant are generated automatically and may not always be accurate.

How we use AI

We use AI models to process client data in order to deliver the services, for example to analyze ad accounts, review bills, draft content or answer calls and chats. We use reputable providers and only share what is needed for the task. A person on our team reviews the work that matters before it goes out.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe, and we never see or store full card numbers. Stripe's use of your information is covered by its own privacy policy.

Who we share information with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money.

We share information only when needed to run our business and deliver the services, with:

• Service providers that work for us, such as Cloudflare (website and chat), CallRail (calls), Stripe (payments), email and hosting providers, analytics tools and AI model providers
• Platforms you ask us to work in, such as Google Ads or Google Business Profile
• Vendors you authorize us to contact for bill reduction, such as your phone, internet or card processing company, limited to what is needed to negotiate on your behalf
• Our parent company, Lifted Websites, which helps deliver some services
• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public
• A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and analytics tools to measure traffic and see which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it. Leads and inquiries that don't become clients are usually deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the relationship and for as long afterward as we need them for tax, accounting or legal reasons. Call recordings and chat logs are kept according to the settings of the tools that store them, and we delete them sooner when asked where we can.

When a client relationship ends, we stop using any account access you gave us, and you can remove our access at any time.

Security

We use reasonable steps to protect information, including access controls, secure connections and well-known service providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that information will never be accessed without permission. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

Children's privacy

Our site and services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Stop sending you marketing emails (you can also use the unsubscribe link in any email)

To make a request, email tj@liftedwebsites.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will reply within 45 days. Some information we have to keep, for example billing records, and we'll tell you if that applies.

California and other state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar laws in other states may give you added rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it. We won't treat you differently for using your rights. You can use an authorized agent to make a request for you, and we may ask that agent for proof of permission.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites, such as Google or our partners. We aren't responsible for how those sites handle your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear on this page or tell clients directly.
